errors are noticed it is policy we put a disclaimer informing customers of the printing error. We do have the right to correct printing errors and are not bound to honor it. Our store manager offered the drill at a discounted price(last sale price), which is our policy. However as a matter of service and maintaining this customer we would like to offer him the better drill at the same price this one time.
