[redacted] and his crew are outstanding. During the middle of a hot summer came when old ac went out. I check several places for some one to come out. Most could not come for a few days. It is 110 dergees, I cannot wait days for some one to come. Had 3 come by and came up with outrages prices. [redacted] came late afternoon, and in a short time had a ac for me that was a very good price, better than the others. I had cold air late afternoon the next day. Had no cold air coming from ac and within a couple hours he was there and made the adjustment that took a few minutes.
His crew are excellent.

I just wanted to say Peavler AC was horrible w/ inspecting our AC unit this summer. The said they were going to out one morning- a technician did not show up but we FINALLY got a phone call from the scheduling person @ FIVE o'clock that evening and stated they would have some one out to assess the situation the following morning- first thing. He did not show up until almost ONE o'clock. And when he did arrive, he was VERY rude, condicsending, quite loud and sarcastic towards my husband. We recently bought the house (with the same AC) and this is the first summer we are experiencing (Phoenix AZ- when it is 105 degrees outside). He was so rude and obnoxious, we had to tell him to leave! And even doing that, he continued to argue and yell at us. I will NEVER recommend this company.

Peavler heating and air has really impressed me with their prices, which are better then their competitors, which I checked out. Above all, when having a problem with your air conditioning, it is imperative that you are able to trust the person working on your unit, especially when you are on a tight budget, as I and most Americans are these days. Peavler was up front with their prices and were up front with us that the unit was on its way out. I would not trust any other company to work on my air conditioning. Peavler heating and air is friendly, trust worthy, and prices are less then the competitor and they stayed at or below the original quote.

Blake, the owner, was incredible. My wife is probably the hardest person on planet earth to impress, and she was impressed, more than impressed, that almost never happens. Blake & his team went waaaaay above & beyond on this install. My fear was thinking the cost would increase significantly with all the extra steps he was taking to address the wife's wants. That never happened, even though a three day job quickly morphed into a 5 day marathon, his price was exceptionally fare, his work outstanding. The man is direct, honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and possesses an impressive eye for detail. In the HVAC world I've never encountered all these traits in a same person, so I assume Blake is not from earth. What a find. Close to what we paid for a horrible Goodman install back in 2009, Blake installed a vastly improved, much higher efficiency & seer rating (Trane!) for just a few dollars more. And he addressed several other issues along the way - rebuilt/insulated/sealed the air handler pedestal in the garage, sheet rocked in the dual air handlers, ran two new drip lines to the outside, and even moved the cement pad a foot away from the house to improve air circulation. The pad supported two AC units, was over 6' long and was at least 8" thick - must have weighted a +1,000lbs. Nobody does that. Blake does.

I HIGHLY recommend this company for their HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Another company quoted me $3,000 to fix my a/c or pay $6,000 to replace it. I went to this company for a second opinion and he found the true issue that only cost me $250. He is honest and trustworthy and knows what he is doing. This is a company you can TRUST!

Making a recommendation based on our needs and living requirements. His installers were efficient and explained everything in great detail when the job was done. I recently had my old a/c system replaced, and after doing the research I found Peavler a/c to be very helpful in making this happen. The install crew did a excellent job. I want to thank Peavler for the courteous way I was treated. I would recommend Peavler a/c to anyone in the market for an air conditioning System.

I had my a/c serviced by Peavler, they were honest and charged me much less than 2 other companies were going to.

I would recommend Peavler to anyone who needs their a/c or heating checked or worked on.

I will use them again.
