I talked to my sale associate who sold her the dressShe said she did 100% tell her about the return policy which is as follows - returns withing day for in store credit only .Must have receipt and tags attached. she came in the next day after buying the dress and wanted to
return itthe sales associate- Amelia kindly returned it for her and gave her in store creditThe customer then got very angry at AmeliaThe lady got extremely out of control , Amelia was very upset and now quitThe receipt has return policy printed on it , there is a sign next to register stating return policy , sign in dressing rooms , plus the sales associate told her the policy when she asked She was very clear she said that it was in store credit only So bottom line is she was told the policy , not lied to, it was it written throughout the store and on receiptShe did receive her in store credit Cathie *** owner.###-###-#### Please let me know if need copy of her receipt with the return policy on it
