August 12, Revdex.com Corporate Office La Posada Drive Austin, TX [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, The resident moved in on Saturday, August 1, She and seven other residents were set to moon the same dayUnfortunately, it appeared that we did not receive the new keys to her apartment from maintenanceAll other six residents received their keysThe Leasing Consultant contacted maintenance to come out, change the lock, and issue a new set of keysThey arrived within an hour, changed the lock, and dropped of new keys at the officeAfter the resident left with all of her documents and keys, it was discovered that the parking sticker was left behindThe Leasing Consultant contacted her immediately so that she could pick it upOn August 5, 2015, I walked the apartment with the new tenant to review any items of concernI have attached the notes (page 2) I drafted after my walkthroughThe only items she pointed out to me were the ones mentioned in the notesHowever, I just walked over to the apartment and included a picture of the peep hole from the exterior of the doorI also checked and confirmed all windows workConsidering how unhappy she was with her experience, I allowed her out of her contract with no penaltyWe officially closed out her accounton August 10, and refunded her for all the funds she has paid to Pebble, minus $for the Administrative FeeWe just cut a check today to be paid to her for the remaining balance of that $Please let me know if you have any questionsBest Regards, [redacted] Austin, TX [redacted] Professionally Managed by [redacted]

On December 10th we received a call from Mrs*** that her tub had a hole in itThe maintenance technician came out and patched the hole temporarily until the tub repair company could make it outShe was advised that we would call the tub repair company on Monday since they are not open
on Sundays***, the maintenance supervisor, called the tub repair company and left a voicemail since there was no answer on 12/*** never received a call back so he called and left another message on 12/This is the only company that we can use because of the stringent insurance guidelines we have hereWe finally received a call back on 12/to advise us that the tub repair technician has the flu and will be out as soon as he feels up to workingHe is the only technician this company hasThe technician showed up to repair the tub on 12/We have done business with this company for 19years and have never had any problems with them showing up when scheduledI explained the situation to the resident as soon as I found out what was going on
