I am a designer that order two banquettes from Pebblehill for a client. After 12 weeks, they arrived badly damaged by the freight company. They also had upholstery quality issues as well as a leg that wasn't drilled in properly. The banquettes were sent back to be completely rebuilt. I was lied to when told they would ship them back to me in a week. Over two weeks later, I received banquettes which were the exact same ones that they had repaired the legs on, but not the upholstery issues, and they certainly had not remade them. I refused them and sent them back. The third time I received them, at 22 weeks, they had a cracked leg and upholstery quality issues. I had them repaired locally and contacted Pebblehill by email twice. I have received no response. They have no intention to pay for repairs to make their product right. My experience with them has been being lied to and now no response.
