Review: I ordered several items at Burger King located on 26th and Peninsula Drive in Erie,Pa on 09/11/2013. I returned home with my purchases, and then noticed I was missing a BK Bacon Burger. My receipt showed that I paid $1.37 for a BK Bacon Burger that I did not receive. I immediately called the store and explained the above. The manager on duty told me to return immediately for the sandwich. I told her that I was unable to do that, and would she mail me a free coupon. She stated she could not do that, but did give me a phone number to call ([redacted]). I called the aforementioned number and reached a receptionist who then stated she could not give me any contact info. for a district manager, but that she could email my complaint. I gave her my info. I received a phone call on 09/12/2013 from [redacted] with a cell phone number of [redacted]. She stated she was the district manager, apologized, and stated she would mail me a gift card. On 10/07/2013 I still had not received a gift card, so I called [redacted] on her cell phone ([redacted]). She again apologized and stated she would personally take care of mailing out a gift card to me.On 10/21/2013, I still had not received a gift card and called Ms. [redacted] again using her cell phone number. I left a voice mail with a summarization of all the above and all of my contact info. I also stated that I wanted the regional manager contact info., since she was not helping me.As of this writing (10/30/2013), I have not heard from [redacted] or anyone from Burger King.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned ($1.37) that Burger King has been holding all of this time and be fairly compensated for my time, trouble, and emotional distress in regards to this issue. I feel like I am being mocked by Burger King in that a district manager told me twice that she would mail me a gift card, never mailed the gift card, and then completely ignores my phone messages.

Response:
I was told I would be mailed a gift card. I was told this several times previously, also, and never received one, which is why I contacted your agency to begin with. I will consider this matter resolved when I actually have a gift card in my hand. As of this writing, I have not yet received a gift card.
