Ms [redacted] ,? We are in receipt of the above mentioned complaint regarding Ms [redacted] a current resident of unit # 0114.? I personally spoke with Ms [redacted] in reference to her complaints in addition to walking her unit.? We are happy to say that all complaints have been addressed and Ms [redacted] is satisfied with the service provided.? ? ? ? Respectfully? ? [redacted] ?

The time line below appears to be accurate. The tenant is being charged for a spot paint on the apartment. We did not have a forwarding address from her 3-3-15. We then processed and sent her the deposit settlement at the beginning of the following month.

I am rejecting this response because: I moved out of the unit on 2/28/and sent my new address via email to the same person I submitted my move out notice to, *** ***, on 3/3/2015. Forwarding address to post office was submitted on 2/26/

Roman'; letter-spacing: 0.35pt;">We know you want your particular problem fixed as soon as is possibleWe do tooSometimes however it takes time to diagnose and properly fix the issueWe are also likely to try several potential solutions first to see if that solves the problemSo the issue may continue for a bit while we search for a solutionAs an example, imagine if you had a headache, you might try aspirin first rather than opt for brain surgerySame goes for maintenanceWe will try setting traps and blocking possible entry points rather than ripping out all the drywall in your unitOur contractors are good, reliable people and we have used them for many yearsThey are however busy and often on a tight scheduleThey try very hard to work with us on timing but sometimes other jobs take longer than expected or more important problems arise for themThey will work hard to meet your schedule but please do not be angry if they cannot meet your schedule or are lateWe all want your problem fixed as soon as is possiblePlease be patient, we will get this fixedYour lease agreement states in paragraph section 1-and A-C states: you as the tenant must give us reasonable time to fix and remedy the problemWhen I spoke to you on November 20, you stated you had found rodent droppings underneath your sinkI gave you the possible solutions to your problemSet some traps and plug the whole underneath the sink to block the entry point into your unitYou stated you didn't want traps in your unitWhile on the phone with you I submitted a work order and asked you to submit a work order online if the problem continuedOn November 22, *** *** my maintenance man completed the work orderI never heard from you again until January 12, when you submitted a work order onlineWhen I returned to work on Monday, January 12, I immediately put your unit on the schedule (January 14, 2015) for the regularly schedule Pest ControlI communicated to you via email asking you questions because I felt as though you were not clear in your maintenance requestAfter several emails, *** and I spoke over the phoneI explained to her we our plan of action would be, and we would do our very best to fix the problemOn January 14, *** called me asking when the Pest Control Company would be arriving
I contacted our vendor and learned that the technician had been was in an accident on the freeway and he needed to cover his work and would try his very best to make it to your locationWhen my maintenance man-*** came on Thursday, January 15, to plug the hole/entry point into the unit he stated he needed to go purchase more materials and would return shortly*** told *** he was going to get something to eat and would return within an hour*** explained he didn't have a key to the unit*** returned and knocked on the door several times and no one was home*** was performing maintenance on the property and was onsite until 5pm and returned several times throughout the day to gain access to the unit and was unable to do soI have heard nothing until we received a letter on January 22, in the mail dated January 15, stating you were moving outThe letter was sent to our old office address so we didn't receive until the 22nd of JanuaryAll tenants were emailed a letter with our new address*** has been to your unit several times since the 15th and has set non-glue traps inside your unitI believe we will have to problem under control soonWe will do our best to keep you informed of the progressWe will need your cooperation to fix the issue and this may include setting traps in your unit or an extended period of time until we no longer trap any rodentsIt was brought to our attention you have vacated the unitPlease be aware you are still finically responsible for your monthly rentPlease be aware you do not have a reasonable cause to be released from your lease agreementSincerely,
