I applied for a apt at *** *** complex *** E*** Run RdDesoto, TXXXXXX) paid my application fee, and faxed in check stubs and all other info into a office worker named *** , and after that all I have been getting is the run around, and it appears that the management is running some sort of a SCAMPromising apartments when they don't have anyMy move in date was 7/15/16, then they pushed it back to,8/1/16, today Angelia says, 8/7/She wont let me see the aptthat I am suppose to move into, after several requestI could be homeless following the trail of LIES left by this Management you have in placePlease Help Me

I filled out rental application 1/4/They said it takes a few days to run my rental history checkAs of 1/31/they have notI talked to Angela on 1/23/and she said she was going to call my current apartments to get verification that I live herePer my apartments, Pecan Crossing has not called or sent them anything to verify that I am a resident I have called a hundred times and left messages, no one is on the property and the office is always closed I have had friends that live on the Pecan Crossing property to go by the office and they also say that they are never in the officeI need to be out of my apartment by 2/1/Pecan Crossing has left me in a bind in terms of not following up This is very unprofessionalI would like my application fee and deposit fee back It doesn't take day to verify rental history All of the
