In response to your inquiry, be advised that we will attempt to contact the person who sent the complaint to you today For your information, we were closed for only days after the flood We were putting people back into the park on the Tuesday after the flood occurred on Friday It has been the owners decision that there will not be any refunds sent to anyone Any credit for anyone will be kept as an "in store credit" for months that the customer can used during that time [redacted] PPC General Manager

They advised him that they will return some of our money. They changed it from monthly rent to day rent. He was told we would probably get money back in March. I hate it took making a complaint to get a refund but we did what we felt we had to do. [redacted]

I am responding to your e-mail strictly as a courtesy. We are not going to discuss this matter with your office. We have discussed this with this person and explained that our actions are in compliance with the Site Service Agreement signed by this person when they came into our

I advised that I would contact this guest regarding this matter by phone today and I have done that already.  I talked to [redacted] and advised that a refund would be sent as soon as we could.  I even gave him the amount.  If anyone wants to discuss this matter further, please have them call me.  I am not going to respond to any more inquires from you office when I have already taken care of it. [redacted]PPC General Manager

I do not accept his decision. He owes me the money, especially our deposit. No where in n my paperwork does it say he doesn't return deposits. He is not being fair to us. Had we known we would be treated this way we would not have stayed there. My husbands job travels to many parts of TX. We cannot afford to lose money in campgrounds.
