I have instructed my service manager to send a different NATE certified technician out and meet with *** *** whenever is convenient for her.Noting that she needs to be there the whole time to discuss her concerns and any action to be taken will be corrected immediately, with her consent, if it
has to do with the original service call. This all could’ve been handled with a simple call to our service department expressing her concerns as we offer a day warranty on original service calls. *** ***

One last further update.My service manager called and left a message for *** *** on Friday & again this morning.I instructed her to email her as well.There has been no response as of yet. *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in regards to them sending someone to my home to determine why my furnace is doing something that it wasn't prior to their visit. The matter of my furnace not needing a new pressure switch and the refund of my $107.61 does not seem to be noted in their response. I will pursue this. The technician lied to me. The technician did shut off the gas to make it appear that there was a problem. The technician did blow into the pressure switch, or he did pretend that he was. His lips were on it. He told me what he was doing. What was suppose to be a simple furnace clean turned into a nightmare of deceit, that again, caused me to be pyhsically ill. Why would I call? This is why I keep video cameras. Too many people have been taken advantage of by service "professionals". His behaviour was ignorant and now has given his employer a bad reputation. How many others have been deceived? I will call to set up a time next week. If I do not receive a refund prior to or at the time the tech arrives at my home I will turn to the Attorney Generals office for further assistance.
