We have tried to help Mr [redacted] resolve his flooring issueWe've made it clear to him that although he purchased the materials from our store, we played no roll in the installation, as he hired his own subcontract installer, [redacted] , and paid him directly for his laborMr [redacted] is not an employee of Peck's Flooring America, nor does he work for our company on a subcontract basis now or at the time he installed Mr [redacted] 's flooringAs a professional courtesy, we've worked with the manufacturer on his behalf to obtain a partial refund of $3,towards the material cost, and offered to refund the difference paid to Peck's Flooring to provide a FULL refund to resolve his claim Mr [redacted] is under the impression that our company is somehow liable for the installation as well, which is simply not the caseFurther, we arranged for a crew to look over the job and offer to redo the job for a reasonable fee, a mere $more than he paid to our store and he was offended by this solution Regards, [redacted] President
