I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined... that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am concerned that he will not follow through with his proposed solution. He promised on several occasions to complete the work and didn't, so I don't know that his word is any more reliable in this situation. I would accept this if I had more of a guarantee of his compliance. Regards, [redacted]

Response taken via phone-JS I did the contracted job I have a written contract for me to complete all that work I started the work, we were doing great for the first week I worked seven days a week Sunday and all I employed two guys beside myself for a total of men
working on her project I asked *** *** if she doesn't mind if I take the next day off which would have been Wednesday because I already had a previous job scheduled and she said "Fine" Now when Thursday morning come around, she had already reported me to *** Adviser by in the morning I should have added that I worked hours to complete the job and get back to *** *** I feel *** *** was impatient after one day of not being scheduled and she had told me that she had gotten ripped off before.I was very concerned with *** *** calling me immediately so when I finally did contact *** ***, she uses texting When I did text her back she was already asking for a refund and firing me which broke our written contract We then entered into a discussion about what would be refunded The company is pretty much bankrupt due to her canceling this work My company did a lot more work than she is describingI removed a partial wall to open a door way wider, rerouted electrical wires which included two receptacles and a light switch and brought them up inches above the floor to comply with city code and the other receptacle was not a GFCI so I added a GFCI to bring it up to code due to it being around water at the kitchen sink I also removed the kitchen sink and counter top and tile back splash which was ft high above the counter and replaced with a new kitchen counter top, sink, and all the plumbing under the sink.I purchased her oak flooring and installed 2/of it, almost complete except for the hallway This was all done in that first week This consisted of purchasing everything and picking up and delivering all of this materialI noticed a few pieces of this new flooring wasn't laying straight enough for my taste, so I asked *** *** if she minded if I pulled up about pieces and replaced them at no cost to her She said "Fine" This was on the same Thursday she called *** Adviser I can't be sure what day she reported it to the police, but I believe it was almost immediately This concerned me even worse

The response given to my complaint is a completely false.  To begin, P[redacted]co worked a total of four days, none of the days for longer than six hours.  He was never here on a weekend.  In fact, every of the four days he appeared for work, I had to text him to see if he was even coming, as it was past 10am.  Monday he did not come until past noon.He had one man working with him.  The last day he was here, when he completely destroyed the flooring, he had two men.The work was substandard and as we had it finished, it was pointed out by the new company, not done correctly. We could only use 20 of the boards he installed as the rest were installed incorrectly, to Mr P[redacted]'s own admission to me via text.I have used three contractors in the past month and found the other two besides Mr P[redacted] incredibly capable and easy to work with.
