As a professional courtesy, we've worked with the manufacturer on his behalf to obtain a partial refund of $3,500 towards the material cost, and offered to refund the difference paid to Peck's Flooring to provide a FULL refund to resolve his claim. Mr. [redacted] is under the impression that our company is somehow liable for the installation as well, which is simply not the case. Further, we arranged for a crew to look over the job and offer to redo the job for a reasonable fee, a mere $450 more than he paid to our store and he was offended by this solution.
