In my dealing with them, they are reputable. I bought the bike phone holder and it is a quality product.
I placed an order on April 18th for a bike light. I received a confirmation email after stating it would ship in 3-5 days. I then checked in today, nearly 2 weeks later and received a response that my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I went to the website to see and the item IS NOT out of stock, it's currently on sale, but for DOUBLE the price. This business is trying to take advantage of me by forcing me to purchase something I already purchased for double the price. They also have not issued a refund. They stated the reason for the cancellation was because the item was out of stock (it's not) and that they can't re-activate orders that have been cancelled when something is out of stock. However, they cancelled my order today, when the item is in stock, but for double the price. This exhibits very poor business ethics.

order with Pedal the Metal on April 17, 2020. This order was later canceled by
the Petal the Metal shipping department, as the ordered items were no longer
available at the time of processing.
Pedal the Metal support reached
out to the customer on May 1st to notify them of the order cancellation. This
notification also informed the customer that their payment will be refunded
(Attachment 1). Pedal the Metal proceeded to refund the customer their full
order total, the same day of May 1st, 2020 (Attachment 2). Pedal the metal
reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or
part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if
the order has already been placed, as stated in the pedalthemetal.com Terms and
Conditions (Attachment 4) https://pedalthemetal.com/policies/terms-of-service
The customer reached out to Pedal
the Metal support on May 1st, 2020 to request clarification about the order
cancellation notice. Pedal the Metal support replied the same day, May 1st,
2020 to apologize and provide further explanation regarding the order
cancellation (Attachment 3).
All
the information we have provided to the customer is true and accurate to the
best of our knowledge. We have verified with our payment gateway that the order
refund was completed successfully, and the full order total was refunded to the
card used to place the order.
The products sold at Pedal the
Metal sell out and restock frequently. It is likely that the item has been
restocked after the order was canceled. However, as the order was already refunded,
and we cannot re-charge a canceled order, we kindly request that the customer
place a new order at pedalthemetal.com when the items are available.

I am rejecting this response because: They cancelled my order after I asked where it was on May 1st and after I had already confirmed it was still IN STOCK at the time of my email on May 1st, but just for double the price.
