Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe entire complaint process at the Peddler's Mall was very deceptive Mr [redacted] , the owner of the company, was never contacted because [redacted] would not give me his number We have been vendor's with Peddlers for over years and have never had one complaint until now We were led to believe that the walls would be sold and felt confident that the manager, ***, would inform us in enough time to remove them if they did not sell We feel that we were taken advantage of and the company has a poor communication system in place Yes, I did sign a contract, but I assumed that we would get a chance to take the walls down since others have been given special treatment at these malls as well I guess this company's value system is based on who you know and who you are related to We will be removing all of our booths in all of these malls over the next year and taking our business elsewhere The owner, Mr [redacted] , does not know what is going on in his company, or he would make this right Regards, [redacted] %

Complaint was told his walls did not sell prior to the end of the month we make every effort to sell existing walls and shelving to the new vendor taking that spot, however in this case the new vendor did not purchase the walls or shelving I explained to him that the new vendor did not
purchase the walls, on the last day of the month he came and removed all of his product but did not take the shelving as our contract states any merchandise left at closing becomes store property, he came back on 4-2-and said he would be back in couple weeks to remove the shelving I told him that is not the way it works anything left after close of business on the last day of the month is store property he wanted me to pay him for the shelving and I explained to him to read his contract and rules and for that he thought I was being rudethe vendor that is in that location now did not buy the shelvingThanks

The entire complaint process at the Peddler's Mall was very deceptive.  Mr. [redacted], the owner of the company, was never contacted because [redacted] would not give me his number.  We have been vendor's with Peddlers for over 10 years and have never had one complaint until now.  We were led to believe that the walls would be sold and felt confident that the manager, [redacted], would inform us in enough time to remove them if they did not sell.  We feel that we were taken advantage of and the company has a poor communication system in place.  Yes, I did sign a contract, but I assumed that we would get a chance to take the walls down since others have been given special treatment at these malls as well.  I guess this company's value system is based on who you know and who you are related to.  We will be removing all of our booths in all of these malls over the next year and taking our business elsewhere.  The owner, Mr. [redacted], does not know what is going on in his company, or he would make this right.
