We have a day return policy from the date of purchase on all merchandiseThe order was purchased on 11and on 12the buyer requested to return the item and was provided the return informationThe buyer never returned the merchandise then contacted us on 2almost two months later asking if they can return the item, at this time the day return period has expired and the buyer was emailed back and notified that we would not be able to accept returnWe did try to assist the buyer as soon as we were contacted, our return policy is clearly stated through our ***? page that there is a day return periodUnfortunately we have given the buyer every opportunity to return the merchandise within the return time frame and they were unable to do soAt this time we can not accept this return
