Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I never received the package, I immediately informed you of the situation and expected you to handle it, in retrospect that was my first mistakeMy second mistake was not informing [redacted] as soon as it happenedAS for pictures of the box I did not think to take any because I thought it would be pretty straight forward case and didn't expect a seller from whom I had bought many phones from and who had such a high rating to be like this [redacted] never asked me for proof but had they I could have easily provided proof as the post office in my town knows what happened and I'm sure they would be glad to helpAlso the tracking number said package refused and being shipped back to point of origin but conveniently it no longer appears under [redacted] trackingAs for filing a case with the post office, it was not my package I never received it and as such was unable to claim the insurance it had on it, which by the way was $in insurance but I'm sure the seller is well awareHere is the tracking number the seller provided me [redacted] After looking around online I have seen similar complaints of people being robbed by the seller BidAlliesIf this course of action doesn't pan out my next step will be a chargeback as I have been more than civil in this matter and would urge people to avoid BidAllies for their cell phone needsQuite frankly as a small business owner I am appalled by BidAllies has handled this situationAttached is the first email I sent to BidAllies regarding this matter In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer contacted us in August informing us that when he went to pick up the package from the post office it was empty, and the post office informed him to refuse the packageThere's a lot about the story that doesn't make any senseWhy wasn't a claim filed with the post office at the time the
contents were found missing, customer was unable to provide pictures of the box, and we never received the box back from the customer so we could file an investigation on our endThe tracking shows the package was delivered to the customers address, it does not show that it was refused The customer opened a *** case regarding this, that was awarded in our favor, due the customers lack of information or proofWe are unable to issue a refund without any supporting documentation from the customer

We have a day return policy from the date of purchase on all merchandiseThe order was purchased on 11/**/and on 12/**/the buyer requested to return the item and was provided the return informationThe buyer never returned the merchandise then contacted us on 2/**/almost two
months later asking if they can return the item, at this time the day return period has expired and the buyer was emailed back and notified that we would not be able to accept returnWe did try to assist the buyer as soon as we were contacted, our return policy is clearly stated through our *** page that there is a day return periodUnfortunately we have given the buyer every opportunity to return the merchandise within the return time frame and they were unable to do soAt this time we can not accept this return

Thank you for your reply as per *** return policy when a return is started the customer has business days to ship back an itemIf the item is not returned within the business days the return is closedA consumer can not decide when an item can be returned we stand by our decision and will not be accepting this item back for a refund

Thank you for your reply as per [redacted] return policy when a return is started the customer has 5 business days to ship back an item. If the item is not returned within the 5 business days the return is closed. A consumer can not decide when an item can be returned we stand by our decision and will not be accepting this item back for a refund.

Below is the entire return policy from the sellers website. There is no mention of timeframe the phone needs to be returned by ONLY that the seller needs to be notified within 30 days which they agree I did.   [redacted]
The seller still refuses to resolve my situation and I am left with a defective phone even though I have abided by their posted return return policy.

My second mistake was not informing [redacted] as soon as it happened. AS for pictures of the box I did not think to take any because I thought it would be pretty straight forward case and didn't expect a seller from whom I had bought many phones from and who had such a high rating to be like this. [redacted] never asked me for proof but had they I could have easily provided proof as the post office in my town knows what happened and I'm sure they would be glad to help. Also the tracking number said package refused and being shipped back to point of origin but conveniently it no longer appears under [redacted] tracking. As for filing a case with the post office, it was not my package I never received it and as such was unable to claim the insurance it had on it, which by the way was $150 in insurance but I'm sure the seller is well aware. Here is the tracking number the seller provided me [redacted]. After looking around online I have seen similar complaints of people being robbed by the seller BidAllies. If this course of action doesn't pan out my next step will be a chargeback as I have been more than civil in this matter and would urge people to avoid BidAllies for their cell phone needs. Quite frankly as a small business owner I am appalled by BidAllies has handled this situation. Attached is the first email I sent to BidAllies regarding this matter.
