and the rest of our rental properties was with different property managements companies in town.
Pedersen Real Estate & Property Management now has all off our rental properties , The service we get from Pedersen is far superior to the service we got from other property management companies in town.
They got us better tenants, they got us better maintenance at good rates.
I Love their online owner portal where I can see statement, work orders and copy of repair invoices 24/7.
They always answer all me emails and calls fast.
