Review: I have tried to resolve this issue with the doctor’s office for weeks now and they have not responded to any letters I have sent them. I have documentation that my son was covered by NYS Health Insurance at the time they provided a service. However the doctor’s office just processed it through a collection company and did not take the time to resolve the issue. After working with the collection company the doctor’s office referred my bill too it was determined it was not a collection issue and released back to the doctor’s office. I took time to even contact NYS Health Insurance Department to gather information proving my son was covered at the time service was provided. I feel this medical provider is very unprofessional and the fact they provide a service for children is embarrassing. The fact they can not even respond to ANY letters I have written to them to me shows the lack of care and understanding to a “customer”. If this is how they conduct business I am worried about medical treatment they also provide. I am asking for a response to how they will proceed to finalize this matter and they can receive the proper payment from NYS. At this time, I have not been contacted by Pediatric Arts of Monroe regarding complaint ID [redacted]. This is the issue they will not respond to anything regarding this issue letters from me, from the Revdex.com and New York State NOTHING to resolve this issue! In the mean time I still have an outstanding bill which is covered by NEw York State Medical and they are not prociessing it and just showing I am in collection over it it needs to be resolved and they need to feel the same pain I am now!
