My name is ***I am writing you because of the experience I have had with point meadowsI have been a client with pediatric care center since about Just recently I was informed by my daughter daycare that she may be have vision issues so I called her pediatric center to ask for suggestion or a direction on eye doctorsWhen I called a gentlemen by the name of *** answer the phoneHe placed me on hold as soon as he answered came back to line seven minutes later when he then stated he couldn't helpedat that time I dint even tell him the reason of my call he then pits me on hold again minutes comes back online and again advised me he couldn't do anythingI asked for manager he stated no one was availableso I spoke to his co-worker informed her she then helped me I asked that she address this issue with someone because *** was rude and unprofessional I was very pleasant never raised my face or use profanityShe said she would rely messagea few weeks later I receieve a notice in mail from pediatric care center stating that they are parting ways with meThere was no explantion so I decided to call to get to the bottom of this issueI called everyday for weeks straight I spoke to every single associate and informed them of issue every one of the, said they would advised *** the manager and their administrator the one who sent the letterIt has been two month I have yet to receive a call or letter in reference to this matterI am applaud and offended they have defamed my character and this location is very unprofessionalas I stated I was a client for four years and I couldn't even get a simple call backI wanted to write on the Revdex.com so for future parents looking for a great doctors and pediatric care center they avoid this oneMy relationship with these meant noting after four years they took the word of a new hire and refused to speak to me when there was never an altercation as that was stated by one of their associatesAgain that is defaming my character
