Pediatric Care of Rockville strives to meet the needs of all our patientsWe are saddened that a familyfeels the need to involve other parties in this proceorganize our response complaints into Core arguments;Billing a service that was not providedThis complaint is untrue; the charge which the pärernt iš dišputing is, providers at the practice have a high demand for their timeWe want to ensu the most people within our business dayTo facilitate this, we utilize a sched no-show feeThis fee, along with other potential fees, is outlined explicitly on sign on their first visitThe individual arrived minutes late to a minute have time to see them immediatelyThe front desk offered other appointm one occurring at the end of the dayThe individual refused both of these accoOffice Manager did not ask what Was WrongThe Office Manager was called to assist as the provider was engaged timeHe offered to have a nurse contact the family to address any medical Co insist on seeing the provider immediatelyThe organization was unable to act be unfair to the other patients who arrived on time to their appointment.Office Manager was rudeOne of the parents was being very loud and aggressive with the front walked upAfter he began yelling, the Office Manager asked him to calm down staffAll efforts were made to accommodate the patient within the same day accept any form of accommodations

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The manager of this practice is simply lying in his response which is very disappointing I did not start this complaint because I have all the time to make things up about a terrible experience me and family had, absolutely not The reason I am making this complaint is because they did not act correctly and someone has to do something about it or at the very least notify other consumers of the way they treat their patients.No one and I mean no one (staff or manager) offered us to be seen by a doctor within an hour of arrival, in fact, that is all we were askingWe asked to be seen between other patients and the response was noNo one (manager or staff) offered for a nurse to call or may be come out and see our son, they did not even ask why we were so adamant to see a doctorI would have agreed for a nurse to see my son or even call but this was never offeredYes, we were there for a well appointment but our son was sick too and since the well visit was already scheduled we were planning on letting the doctor know about the simptons which we unfortunately were not able to doYes, we arrived minutes late; one time in eleven years, it was out of our control, we left home very early but traffic did not move for hours due to a car accident in I-270.We were offered a late appointment at pm but we live and work in Frederick and we did not want to wait an entire day for our son to be seenWe did not accept this option, we took our son to another practice right when we left Rockville and he was seen by a doctor immediately.Thi is not about money, I did sign an agreeent just like everyone has to sign it when we enrolled our kids to these practicesI don't expect a refund of the fees chargedI was hoping for more transparency in their response and clearly that is ot the caseThe manager of this practice does not have a sense of ethics and values and it is sad and scary that he is managing a practice that deals with sensitive information related to the health and wellnessHe is being deliberately untruthful in his response Regards, [redacted]

The manager of this practice does not have a sense of ethics and values and it is sad and scary that he is managing a practice that deals with sensitive information related to the health and wellness.
