The Representative from your insurance company explained your plan covers the maximum of the covered expense Your group selected this plan and each code has an individual maxim You received a highlighted sheet stating this along with your policy booklet that has all fees in the
back As we explained last month if you have any questions please contact your *** agent.We would be happy to provide your with the number.We are sorry you are upset, in the future we would be happy to help you understand your policy

I am rejecting this response because: This issue is NOT with my insurance company. The issue is that I was told, by [redacted], that we had a deductible of $10/child for a routine exam. I would not have made the appointment and brought my children in for this exam had I known the actual cost. Barb never contacted my insurance company. She provided false information. Barb told us that we were "paid in full" at the time of the exam. I am not going to pay anything else for this service.
