I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There was complete miss representation on Arellanos part every step of the wayThey are the ones that attached the first temp agency and did not screw it downYes I understand that they are cardboard, but if it was actually installed properly, just like everything else, there would not have been an issueThe second temp was not written out correctly, the registration paper started that it would expire July 30th and they wrote July 4th on the actual tagThat is no fault to us, we had to contact Columbus to have an emergency tag issued to us costing us yet again another $taking us up to $just for temp tags!! Columbus also told us that Arellano should not have even issued the second tag because they are a small dealer they are only allowed to issue ONE tag per vehicleAs for all of the mechanical issues, if they didn't know how to properly install the alternator they never should have done it! This caused more issues with the vehicle and if it was not caught when it was could have caused a fire! We did not pay a mere $for the car we paid $and the car had miles on it not They are not doing a "good dead" there has been so many issues and they are directly related to the work that they performedOnce the alternator was PROPERLY installed it ended up throwing several check engine codes and thus would have been caught before the sale if the alternator was properly installedThey also removed a fuse in the obd port witch ment that nothing could be ran nor pop upI believe that all of this could have been avoided if this so called "dealership" was properly run and not just trying to get over on their customersIt was absolutely ridiculous that we had to hunt these people down to obtain the title in the first placeThe car was NOT even titled in their name when they sold us this vehicleSo they are selling vehicles that aren't even legally in their names witch also delayed the title transfer because they had to get it in their name wait a week then transfer it to us The only reason that the alternator was even covered under this so called warranty is because we know the people up at the auto store, if we hadn't known them the part would not have been under a valid warranty because the recept was in Arellanos name!! This has been nothing but a headache and a lemon car that we have had to dump money into!! We will never tell anyone to go to this un reputable "dealership"

alternator We told her that if she purchased we would install it , FREE of charge weeks later she calls and says there is an issue A no point in time did we guarantee labor , the part had a warranty with the parts company We are a small business and took time to try to do a good deed by installing for free but that came back to bite us In regards to temporary tags they lost them on the highway being that they are made of cardboard and can easily catch wind The transaction took place at our place of business , they had time to check over the vehicle as well as a mechanic they chose and was checked prior to purchase Vehicle was sold "as is - where is " as we do not sell warranties We do apologize for any inconvenience they may have gone through but we feel we are not obligated to be further responsible for anything that may occurs with the vehicle in the future .Best regards ,Joseph ArellanoArellano AUTORAMA LLc

Horrible service and long waits! Every time I come here the appointment never falls on terms of the time the appointment is set1.5-hours + it always takesWhile I could be working to make money or my step daughter could be in Class learning Who ever is scheduling these appointments are by far the worst This is not the 3rd time this has occurredFrom the reviews online it seems everyone gets the same long wait treatment

They are the ones that attached the first temp agency and did not screw it down. Yes I understand that they are  cardboard, but if it was actually installed properly, just like everything else, there would not have been an issue. The second temp was not written out correctly, the registration paper started that it would expire July 30th and they wrote July 4th on the actual tag. That is no fault to us, we had to contact Columbus to have an emergency tag issued to us costing us yet again another $18.50 taking us up to $55.50 just for temp tags!! Columbus also told us that Arellano should not have even issued the second tag because they are a small dealer they are only allowed to issue ONE tag per vehicle. As for all of the mechanical issues, if they didn't know how to properly install the alternator they never should have done it! This caused more issues with the vehicle and if it was not caught when it was could have caused a fire! We did not pay a mere $2000 for the car we paid $2200 and the car had 73000 miles on it not 70000. They are not doing a "good dead" there has been so many issues and they are directly related to the work that they performed. Once the alternator was PROPERLY installed it ended up throwing several check engine codes and thus would have been caught before the sale if the alternator was properly installed.
