Review: Well, let me first say that the statements this office sends to the patients are very confusing and when you try to call the office, either you can't reach them and if you do they give you attitude. I received a bill of $ 202 plus a late fee of $10 dollars. I called their office and the lady that answed had an attitude and told me that I have to call the next day because they were closing (mind you, that I called arounsd 4:30 - 5pm on a weekday. On this bill they are charging for urgent care. This is not the first time I come to this office ([redacted]) never had to pay, just my copayment. But there was a time where the lady at the front desk had problems my insurance through because it was a weekend and she was also new. I believe all of this problem is coming from that time. Now they don't want to fix this problem. I contacted my insurance and placed complaint.Desired Settlement: Don't have to pay $212.
