business has not responded to requests for medical records. need them sent to another Dr. no phone #, no answers on e mails. my child needs the meds.MD office closed. website gives info as to how to get medical records. I sent request and money to the address listed. Letter was sent back. Have e mailed the office for assistance. there is no phone # to call. first request was sent beginning of Aug., e mail sent last week. no answer.My child's paediatrician will not write Rx for meds for him until she gets these records from Dr [redacted].Desired SettlementMedical records sent to my child's paediatrician ASAP
There is no date showing so I don't know when it was entered. Indeed Pediatric Neurology of NC closed in October of 2013 and since then the email address and website have been available:

so for all we know - the author did get a response from the email site and has the records now - as PNNC gets requests and sends out records on a regular basis. Most messages are answered in less than a week.
All Patient records are available ( for a fee of about $10.) But you have to read the directions. Do NOT send a letter in the mail. It says how to get your records on the web page. On that page, look below where it says how to pay a bill to where it says Medical Records. There is a form - pretty easy - fill it out properly and send it NOT in the Mail but as an attachment to an email to [email protected] and send the payment by clicking on a Paypal button.
