I have children who have been seen at Pediatric Partners for almost yrs nowI have had problems with them in the past but over looked it because of being new to the Corona areaToday 3/7/my year old daughter came home from school sick in which I called her Pediatrician to make an appointmentThe receptionist who answered the phone advised me I had a $"missed appointment" fee that was assessed in May of I was never informed of this fee until today when I called for a sick appointmentThe receptionist, instead of her concern with my sick daughter, was ONLY concerned about the $in collectionShe indicated this money had to be paid in order for my daughter to be seenWhen I questioned this amount she advised me I would need to speak to the billing department which was closed to resolve his issueIn the meantime, I questioned her about the appointment and she blatantly, with no sympathy whatsoever towards my sick daughter, REFUSED to see my sick daughter

indicated she will no longer be taking her children to our offices.We apologize that [redacted] felt she had a bad experience with our staff. This will be addressed in our customer service training.
