Electrician evaluated our issue and left with components so we cannot re-install our porch light. No return calls from the electrician to date.Electrician was called in (arriving 4 days later on 17 July vs 13 July as originally scheduled with no advisement of rescheduling) to fix/install a missing electrical can on our back porch. Electrician cut wires and sealed commenting "where did the ceiling fan I installed go". Well, nobody seems to know about a ceiling fan originally installed before we bought this property. He left with his colleague after doing most of nothing. He could have fixed the issue there and then. Electrician promised to return on 07/20/2015 & did not. We have made multiple calls made to electrician with no return. We found his cel & text on 22 July and dropped a text since he had not been acknowledging anything. He advised via text the issue is not his problem. Electrician (or his team) walked away with critical component for the light fixture and not returned.We continue to wait to hear back form Pedro (electrician) and for his team to return the electrical component critical to re-install our back porch light fixture.Service, support from Pedro Electric is non-existent and shame on them. Do not make promises you cannot keep.Desired SettlementGet the job done. Return the part(s) the electrician walked away with, re-install my back porch light. We have not had any problems with any customers and builders in the past. Our office was contacted on July 13th buy the homeowner and she was told that maybe someone could go out and check out the problem but no promises were made and no time was confirmed. The homeowner told our office assistant that they wanted to have a original light (recess can) put back in because someone(no one knows who) tried to install a ceiling fan where the recess can was originally installed on 04/2014 that is when our electrical work was completed, inspected and signed off by the builder. We were informed that something strange was going on all of a sudden there was no wire for the recess can and no one knows what happened to the wire. The metal box was taken out in order to install the ceiling fan and the trim was on the table. Our technician was sent out at our earliest time available which was on July 17th. When the electrician tried to re-install the recess can he told the homeowner that there was no wire for this and they told him that did not know what happened to it. He could not replace the recess can because he did not have the parts at that time and he had to report what was going on to our office and the builder at no time did he take any parts away from the house and he left the trim on the porch. The builder was contacted and was told that we could not do the job because the wire was missing for the recess can and it was there originally when the inspection passed so from 4/2014 until 7/17/2015 someone had attempted to install a ceiling fan in the place of the light and now the wires are missing along with the metal recess can. We were not responsible for the missing items and no one seems to know what happened to them so we informed the builder that it was in everyone's best interest if he contacted his current electrical contractor to go out and see if he can fix the problem.
