Peejamas

I ordered peejamas for my children. I was careful to buy higher size than their age suggests (e.g. for my 4.5 year old I bought size intended for 6-7 years). And still the product did not fit - it was too tight around the legs.

My request for a refund was turned down by customer service because we washed the product and removed the tags. But their instructions say product NEED TO BE WASHED at least 5 times before it starts working properly.

This is confusing and not good business. I demand a full refund.

I was desperate for my daughter to get over the night-time wetting. I was over buying pullups, it was just too much. Having taken them away was the final step and it was wetting the bed night after night after night. I was DONE changing the sheets every single morning, and these peejamas saved me! I bought 5 pairs total (expensive, but worth it). My husband, as always about everything, was skeptical and not happy with me, but I am so happy to say my daughter was going to bed in peejamas for about a month-half to 2 months and that was it! She has now gone 3weeks no accidents! And doesn't need the peejamas. Ive stored them away for when my son is ready. It was the best decision I've ever made.

I ordered 2 pairs of peejamas for my son. I followed the directions of washing them at least 5 times before use. After about a dozen times of washing them, the product still doesn't work properly. He continually leaks through them. They also fit snuggly/properly. When I reached out to customer service they said they stand behind their patent but cannot accept returns or exchanges if the items have been washed and worn. How are you supposed to know if the product works if you don't wear them/wash them like their directions state. They then told me it doesnt work for heavy bedwetters. My son does just fine in an every day pull up at night. Never has leaking problems. If they stand behind their patent, they need to offer money back guarantee instead of trapping customers by not allowing returns when their product is not as advertised.

Horrible customer service. Didn't ship for over 12 days. Then they were sold out of a product that I paid for. I was promised a refund for that item and am still waiting for it. Worst experience shopping online in a long time.

Worst product ever. "Cleaning method" doesn't work. Customer serve is terrible. The company just lies to you so they don't have to return the item.

I bought a whole bunch of these (4 x bottoms in size 3, and two sets in size 2). I took the sets bought in pairs out of their packaging but just washed one pair to try out. I followed the instructions and washed them multiple times etc before use etc. Luckily I just tried one set of bottoms first. They were terrible! Didn't work at all. I found the underpants part was not a big enough fit (not a long enough inseam-height) so his butt crack hung out and he just leaked everywhere. He was absolutely in the right size according to the Peejamas measurements. I bought these when it was part of the crowd funding campaign. When I contacted them to look at a refund or replacements... to talk further about options, I was told they would 'pass on my feedback'. They said they could offer me a 'partial refund' for any still in their packets (most had been taken out but not used at all). I stated that they were unused but out of their packs and that returning them would cost a lot of money (as I had purchased from Australia). Even to return the ones still in their packets, it wouldn't be worth it financially if I only got a partial refund. I never got another response. So both the customer service and product were shonky. I purchased quite a lot for a start up business (so lesson learnt here) andI thought they wold have been more grateful.

Absolute worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I received the package on Tuesday. I emailed them Thursday to inform them that their items were too small and caused my child pain. (My child is very small for his age) I requested a refund because the items had never been worn and they refused my refund. I am out $60.00. Complete SCAM, do not purchase!

Very disappointed with this product. I ordered two shorts bundles for my two boys. I started with the biggest ones for my oldest and followed all of the instructions perfectly. Washed them multiple times before using, hung them to dry, used a small amount of natural detergent so as not to hinder the absorption etc. These have leaked every night since then. As you can see in the picture they are soaked. I purposely saved the smaller pair until I was able to test them well enough to make sure I wanted to keep them. Of course, after a few weeks of wet sheets every night I decided to return the smaller pair. However, I was then informed that the shorts I bought were “final sale” and could not be returned. I didn’t see that anywhere when I was ordering them. All I knew was that I was taking advantage of a sale around Christmas. However, the shirts I ordered are still available on the website so I don’t know how they can call that final sale. Regardless, I’m out $80 and should have listened to all the bad reviews. So, if you’re looking to buy these, trust me, listen to the bad reviews.

I was curious about how Peejamas worked because when I received them they had a sticker on them, recommending to pre-wash the jammies prior to use. I totally disregarded the recommendation and the jammies absorbed *mostof the urine. However, after following the instructions and washing them, they definitely got better. I actually feel like the more I wash them, the better they seem to get at absorbing urine. If you have realistic expectations that these are training pants and NOT diapers, you will LOVE them!

Worked great to transition from diapers when my child was ready. Dont use if your kid need a diaper

Absolute scam! Not only did they not work at all for my daughter but also not for my son. I can buy the whole " may not work for everyone bit" to a degree, but my children do not pee enough to qualify for that category imo. The customer service was an even bigger disapointment because not only do you get absolutely no compensation but a speech on just how awesome they think they are regardless of your experience. They sure are proud of themselves.

My son loves the pajamas but they don’t hold in the pee at all. Therefore I am washing the pajamas and bedding everyday. I contacted Peejamas and they told me that they needed several washes before they would hold in the urine. I’ve washed them about five times a week for the past two months and every time it’s the same. I don’t understand how you can sell a product without a return policy when your product doesn’t work. Guess I’m out $40. So disappointing!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! Extremely dissatisfied with this very expensive product. We ordered two sizes just to be sure we would have the proper fit for our son since they do, in fact, shrink a ridiculous amount. Both sizes did fit him one snug and one comfortably. He had accidents in both and the bed was completely soaked in both. They did no more than any other regular pair of pajamas. I contacted customer service and their response was they "do not accept returns of soiled or washed items". That is pretty disappointing because there is no way that we would know the product did not work without trying it first. Very disappointed that they do not guarantee a product and that they make such promises on a completely worthless product. Save your money!

No good! Don't order. Agree with the other review that I would give 0 stars if able. Premise is great, but only if the product actually contained urine. Leaked all over and onto the bed linen.

After seeing some of the reviews, I felt absolutely compelled to write a review. Not only have Peejamas worked wonders for my 4 year old (he's peed in them during the day and night with no leaks) to help him potty-train, they have been extremely engaging with me on both Instagram and Facebook! They definitely went through a tough stretch, but that's to be expected with companies that launch on Kickstarter. You've saved us so much stress. Thank you Peejamas!

I don't know how it works, but it does. Significantly reduced accidents, my son loves them. My son would pee through his night diapers, these hold pee much better for us. But again we have been using them for about two weeks and he only had an accident twice. I am going to be getting more of these

I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. These are falsely advertised to work, and do not work at all. My 6 year old hated them, said they were uncomfortable, (run too small and too bulky in the groin area), but tried them. He went right through them like they were a normal pair of PJ's! They say to wash 5 times before max absorbency; total malarkey. They are overpriced, do not work, and a waste of time and money. Additionally, they will not refund to keep customers happy unless the pair is returned "unworn and new", and therefore do not deserve to be in business with a FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCT, as anyone trying them notes they do not work and have therefore lost that money already! Save yourself the aggravation and AVOID this company/products at all costs!

Bought this on Kickstarter. Kind of pricey. Was so excited to use them. Seemed to make sense to have a cloth diaper sewn in to pants as people successfully use cloth diapers. However, the very first night he peed and it went right through the pants and soaked the bed completely. The sizing actually ran a little small so they fit snug. Definitely not very absorbent.

I have to wonder if they changed something between the prototype and the final product because these weren't even close to absorbent. My son was 2 at the time we used them and did not pee any more than a normal amount yet the bed was soaked as if the peejamas were just regular pj pants.

I ordered a pair of their peejamas to potty train my son, after using them twice I put them in the washer and the washer singed and discolored the materials. I contacted customer service showing them proof of purchase and photos of the singed peejamas and they refused to give a refund because I no longer have the peejamas, which they wanted me to send in. Many companies will honor their customers complaints, and my husband tossed out the peejamas unbenounced to me. He didn't believe there was a point of holding on to pajamas that couldn't be used.

The product (peejamas) claimed to prevent any leaking at night as long as the washing and wearing instructions were followed. We did everything exactly as the package stated and the bottoms do not work at all with a small amount of urine. I contacted the company immediately and they refuse to refund my money and keep sending me a reply that I did not follow the instructions. This product does not work on any level and is a scam.
