The manager of the place is a scam! I had went to this place to get an ultrasound of my baby and she claimed that she couldn’t get any good pictures due to the baby’s position and wanted me to reschedule. She made me pay prior to getting the service done or else I would have never paid her. I paid for a 45 minute scan and she scanned me for about 10 minutes before saying she couldn’t get any good pictures. She contacted me through text and cancelled all 3 of my appointments after my first with every excuse in the book as to why she had to cancel. Such a total waste of $150. The owner then agreed to give me a refund and then the next day said nevermind she wasn’t giving me a refund. Thankfully I didn’t tip her that day or else I’d of lost out on even more money. Absolutely the worst business I’ve ever been to.
This is in response to the complaint filed against my business. 1. It is and has always been our policy to have the client pay ahead of time.
2. This client picked our Peek at You Package $139 which is a 20 min scan I performed the scan for 40 minutes which is our Sneak a Peek package valued at 189$This baby was not positioned perfectly but I still got wonderful photos and a complete video of the baby yawning.
Our Peek at You package does not come with a return visit guarantee and she signed the disclaimer which basically states there are pitfalls with babies and with this package it is only the 20 min scan and you get what we can acquire that day. I have a copy of the disclaimer which she initialed that she read. I am a very kind person and offered to let her come back as a courtesy despite her baby not being 100 percent cooperative although I did not have any obligation to do so. I scheduled the courtesy free exam on a Friday to which I had to reschedule because my daughter was informed of a very serious surgery she had to have and I was very upset. I Have the text of that exact converstation. I then scheduled her again the following Monday at her convenience and then unfortunately was sick with the flu, I simply asked her to come 2 hours later that day with my other tech. She refused and then demanded a full refund. At the time of the conversation, I was home sick and had no way of knowing the circumstances of her payment. I still offered her a $50 dollar refund because I had spent almost an entire hour scanning and still had no obligation to refund her. She began to threaten me with magistrates and bad social media reviews if I didnt give her the full refund. Due to her bullying threats I decided to call the office and my tech told me which package she bought and how long I scanned her. I changed my mind about the refund after I got the full facts and will not be bullied by this girl and longer.

1. What kind of business tells a customer they’ll give them a refund and then says nevermind? 2. I called off work TWICE to make my rescheduled appointment all for the owner to cancel the appointment last minute. So when she offered to reschedule it for a third time I declined the offer due to her canceling them last minute twice. 3. she did not scan me for 40 minutes. I may have been there for 40 minutes but in the middle of my session she told me to get up and walk around outside and took another customer in that 40 minutes.
4. I am hardly bullying the owner of this business I’m just stating the facts of what happened and she doesn’t like it.
