Review: Peel Inc. womvegas.com advertising/marketing, $7.00 payment; CD's, ebooks, non-delivery of services; no phone, no email, no sales reps.Desired Settlement: Peel inc. owes $1000 in commissions; performance of terms and payment is required.

Review: I joined the womvegas.com site because it seemed like a fun social networking site. Soon after I joined, I noticed some peculiar things happening. First, it was [redacted] said [redacted]was having problems and we couldn't use them for payments any more. I suggested we use [redacted]. He said [redacted] was no good. It did not occur to me at that time that maybe Tim was the reason we couldn't use these sites. Finally, [redacted] got merchant services. By that time, I was unhappy and wanted out. Of course, he did not have an opt out or unsubscribe button, so I was stuck. He would not let me go. I was using a debit card, and I had made arrangements with the bank no to process anything if there was no money to over it. Under the new law, I was supposed to be protected from overdraft fees. I made sure there was not enough money in the account, so [redacted] could not take the monthly dues. Well, he went to [redacted] and got a code to override my wishes and FORCED two [redacted] payments. One he returned, but the other is still on my account. I checked out his corporation P.E.E.L., Inc., and I found out that it is not a corporation. It is only a Trademark, but he is representing it as a corporation. Furthermore, the trademark has been canceled by the state of Ohio for non-payment. I have no idea how he got a merchant account, but the fraud dept. of my bank is about to find out. Furthermore, [redacted] has numerous websites he is operating without business licenses, and all the money is collected by P.E.E., Inc, the non-existent corporation. It is my opinion that this is a real scam. I did fin information on a [redacted], who is 53 years old, and resides in [redacted], Ohio, who was found guilty of Solicitation and Fraud in 197 in [redacted] county Municipal court. Could this be the same [redacted]? I am notifying the FBI Cybercrimes Division and Yahoo, because it appears that many of the participants in WOMVegas.com are not real people, but it does raise the google ranking!!Desired Settlement: I want my $75.00 returned, and I want all the associated bank charges paid.

Review: I paid $300 through my rebate temp credit card to be in a coop newspaper ad for people that are interested in the opportunity. I did not receive a receipt or any acknowledgment that he received it. That's the way his system is set up. I waited for about a week because it said that they needed to reach, I think $1,500 before the ad can be bought. I contacted him through the system that is supplied and everything I said is then posted on the section of his profile. I asked about my order. He replied and said that the responses are just starting to come in. He said that he had a couple that he can give me right now and that he would send more as they come in. He sent me one through the system, which was non-responsive. He then sent me a message again through the system saying: Are you ready to receive the leads of which I replied: Yes I am. No more ever came. I waited about a week and then sent another reply saying: What happened? I haven't received any leads. But no reply. I sent multiple replies and tried to email him by replying to one of the emails that is sent to me about what's going on. I did not get any replies. No of my messages were answered. So at this point since a month had past by, I decided that I was going to post my concern in what they call the coffee shop. I thought maybe someone there could help me. So he had to respond because everybody including people that just signed up to do the business can see it. So he ([redacted]) said that he left a message in the leaders training that in order to receive the leads, they would have to reply to this announcement that they are ready to receive them. This announcement came after he told me that he was going to sent me more as they come in. He said that I never replied to him that I was ready so that was why he never sent them. Then all the correspondence that was posted, was deleted. He refuses to give me what I paid for or a refund.Desired Settlement: There's a lot more to the story, but there's limited space here. I want [redacted] the owner to send me a check for $300 payable to me [redacted]
