Despite an initial delay in getting back with me, Peel's customer service was very gracious in sending me a free replacement case to resolve the issue I was havingI was very appreciative that they took the time and care to reach out to me and make things rightI would definitely recommend their products to others

I have had this screen protector for a little over two weeks the one where they have a side by side shot of it by a otter box! I have had it in a case the entire time and since I had it installed it has had these two matching bubbles on either side of the protector which was annoying but I was going to let go I noticed two days ago that it was cracked so at that point I was done I sent them a message and they are essentially accusing me of dropping it I want my money back If the thing can't last weeks with a case then it is useless and a waste of money

Terrible type of a companyThey send defective products, then will not allow for returns or refunds since the product has been 'used'i.eYou receive a phone protector, you put it on your phone, it does not work and it also prevents you from using your phone, you email the company the same day to request help, and when they finally respond they refuse a returnEven if it did work, they offer no registration or warranty on their products (unlike legitimate phone accessories/screen companies)Spend your $ elsewhereThe awful customer service combined with the terrible products makes this company a definite scam you should avoid

I ordered peel case for my phone; Google PixelI paid for the day shipping which was this was all on May I was told by the automatic reply system I would get shipping updates, but I never didI sent a message to the Facebook account the company instructed me toNever got a replyI also sent an email but their box is full...I'm not sure what the problem is but this concerns me seeing I can't get a response from anyone

We originally offered the customer a replacement which was refused. This is our normal course of action when an item becomes damaged. The conversation itself was not reflective of the best support we can provide. We have refunded this customer's entire order as an apology for his experience.
