I have the email date and stampI absolutely did respond to her as the evidence clearly shows If she would like to work with us as I asked her to in our email, she needs to withdraw her complaint and work with me directly as I worked with her

Hello- Please see my complete response that was sent to the patient's mom on February 19, below. Her statement that she had not heard from us is blatantly untrue as you can see from the date and time stamp on my email to her below. I responded to each of her "complaints" in
capitals in the body of her email. As we explained to her, she will still need to pay for the services she received, whether she decided to use the information to care for her son or not. You will also see in the last sentence that we asked her to respond to us, which she did not. As you are probably able to see, we have been in practice for years and have not ever received one complaint before. In fact, we have excellent customer service, as well as the best resolution rate in the US and likely the world, and receive appreciation for that consistently. I was very disappointed in this appointment with ***. Prior to this appointment, I was required to complete multiple forms and get an x-ray of my child's abdomen. When we arrived at the appointment, the nurse's computer was not working and appeared to be outdated. I APOLOGIZE THAT YOU THOUGHT THIS, BUT IT IS NOT OUTDATED AND WHENEVER WE USE TECHNOLOGY, THERE IS A CHANCE FOR MALFUNCTION. WHEN I WORKED AT CHILDREN’S WE HAD TIMES WHERE WE HAD TO CANCEL ENTIRE DAYS OF PATIENTS DUE TO THE COMPUTERS BEING DOWN She tried many times to restart her computer to get it to work. She also did not ask any questions of my child or myself. THIS WOULD BE VERY UNUSUAL FOR ***It was quite obvious that she had not read the multiple forms that I was required to complete SHE HAD NOT ONLY READ THEM, BUT HAS THE NOTES THAT SHE TOOK BEFORE HIS VISIT IN HIS CHART DATE STAMPEDand that she was going to push the protocol for the program and was not going to deviate from it. IT SEEMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE DECIDED THAT THE PROGRAM WAS NOT GOING TO WORK BEFORE TRYING IT. IT IS MY PROGRAM THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED OVER YEARS AND HAS A GREATER THAN % SUCCESS RATE. IT IS VERY COMMON FOR PARENTS, WHO HAVE NOT DONE THIS SPECIALIZED CARE FOR AS MANY YEARS AS I HAVE, TO FEEL THAT IT WON’T WORK AND THEN THEY ARE VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. WE DO ABSOLUTELY WANT PARENTS TO TRY IT FIRST AND IT IS EXTREMELY RARE THAT IT DOES NOT WORK.ANY TIME THAT THERE IS SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT THAT BEARS CHANGING, WE DO, BUT MOST KIDS ARE VERY CONSISTENT IN THIS ISSUEIt did not matter what the individual circumstances were of my child. IT SEEMS THAT YOU THERE WERE COMMUNICATION BARRIERS, WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN PRESENT WITH EITHER OF YOUThen she tried to test his urine stream which again since her computer did not work, did not get an accurate test. THIS IS NOT TRUE, I HAVE REVIEWED THE TEST IN HIS CHARTThen she supposedly was performing an ultrasound to see if there was urine left in his bladder. Again, the instrument she used looked like a child's toy I APOLOGIZE, BUT IT IS A $12,BLADDER SCAN and didn't appear to be working. IT ALSO WORKED AND I HAVE REVIEWED THE RESULTS IN ***’S CHARTI voiced my concerns and unhappiness with this appointment with her at the time and she had no responseSHE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THIS VISIT AFTERWARD AND SHE FELT THAT YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO HEAR THE INFORMATION THAT SHE WAS GIVING TO YOU DESPITE HER ATTEMPTS TO EXPLAIN AND THIS UPSET HER. This appointment was such a disaster that I assumed there would be no charge. IT MAY HAVE BEEN A DISASTER FROM YOUR PERSPECITVE, BUT THIS ALSO MAY BE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT GET THE INFORMATION YOU EXPECTED OR WANTED. THIS IN NO WAY MEANS THAT YOU GOT WRONG OR POOR INFORMATIONI was shocked to get the bill of $which includes $for a level V consult which is defined as a comprehensive history, comprehensive examination and medical decision making of high complexity. IT ALSO ACCOUNTS FOR AN HOUR LONG VISIT, THERE ARE MANY INTRICASIES TO CODING. THIS WAS CODED CORRECTLY AND YOU ALSO ARE BASING THIS ON YOU ASSUMPTION THAT THERE WAS NO REVIEW OF ***’S INFORMATION, WHICH THERE WAS AND IT IS WELL DOCUMENTEDThis absolutely did not occur. It also included charges for tests that she wasn't able to completeALL TESTS WERE COMPLETED AND ARE IN HIS CHART AND I HAVE SEEN THEM. I would appreciate a significant discount off of these charges if not a complete removal of this bill. I have been going to the Youth Clinic with my children for over years and was going to file a grievance with them and file a Revdex.com complaint but thought I would reach out to you first to see if you would make this situation right. THE YOUTH CLINIC HAS BEEN REFERRING TO PEEP FOR YEARS, SPECIFICALLY DUE TO THE INCREDIBLE SUCCESS RATES THAT OUR PROGRAM HAS. THERE IS NO MISTAKE HERE, EVERYTHING WAS DONE AS IT SHOULD BE. I have tried to call your office on multiple occasions and no one answers the phone. WE HAVE CHECKED OUR PHONE LOG AND DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF YOU LEAVING ANY MESSAGES. SO, YOUR INFORMATION AND THE BASIS FROM WHICH YOU SENT THIS EMAIL ARE GROSSLY INCORRECT. GIVEN THAT I APOLOGIZE THAT YOUR PERCEPTIONS HAVE PREVENTED YOUR CHILD FROM BENEFITTING FROM OUR PROGRAM. IT IS NOT CUSTOMARY TO GIVE A DISCOUNT BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LIKE WHAT YOU HEARD. I am rejecting this response because: I am not comfortable withdrawing my complaint until there is an agreed resolution as I only received a response from this business after contacting the Revdex.com. Once I receive a revised statement for $100, I will withdraw my complaint or mark the issue as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:  I never received the email that the owner says she sent me.   I just checked again on Outlook and on Comcast and there is no email from this business.  I would have gladly worked it out with them directly as evidence by my original email to them.  I would be willing to settle this complaint for $100 which is about fair value for an office visit even though I feel like my child received no benefit from this visit.
