They asked me for information, which I provided right awayI told them what I needed the loan for and then they said my loan was "funded"I checked the status every day with their online chat featureFor days, a "Jack" said "** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***"Then after days had passed, I again asked for statusLuckily, a person named "Toni" was on the chatShe said she needed additional informationThis info was directly related to the reason for the loan (tax debt)Had I not reached this Toni, I would not have known about this additional, clarifying piece of info! After stringing me along for days, thinking everything was finethey declined the loan without even giving a reasonThey also asked for may banking info and performed a small credit and then took it backThis was an invasion of my privacy, if they never intended to provide the financingI am filing a complaint with the NY State Banking Department shortly

We are in receipt of [redacted] Revdex.com complaint. It appears that on at least one occasion (December **, 2015 at 2:49:09 PM ET), [redacted] requested that we cease sending him marketing E-mails by contacting us at a "No Reply" inbox ([redacted]) for reasons unknown. We provide a clear and...

conspicuous opt-out mechanism in all of our marketing E-mail messages. [redacted] was manually unsubscribed by an Admin on January **, 2016 and will not receive any more E-mail messages from Peerform.

We are in receipt of a notification from the Revdex.com that [redacted] believes that his complaint remains unresolved as of this date. In reviewing [redacted] initial complaint, we determined that the unsubscribe links in our marketing E-mails were fully functional. All marketing E-mails contain a functional "opt-out" mechanism in accordance with federal law. Additionally, [redacted] most recent message states "as noted on my previous complaint, I called into the business to request my information be removed and email opted out of future communications." [redacted] initial complaint (which should be readily accessible in the Revdex.com's records) makes no mention of any telephone calls made to Peerform regarding marketing E-mails. In our previous response, we told the Revdex.com that [redacted] was manually unsubscribed by an Admin on January **, 2016 and will not receive any more E-mail messages from Peerform. We maintain that [redacted] complaint was fully resolved by Peerform as of that date. There is no further action for Peerform to take. [redacted] is free to contact us at ###-###-#### or by E-mail at [redacted] regarding the matter.

We are in receipt of [redacted] Revdex.com complaint. It appears that on at least one occasion (December **, 2015 at 2:49:09 PM ET), [redacted] requested that we cease sending him marketing E-mails by...

I submitted a loan application with this company in hopes to improve my credit. The website asks for verification of different items. I provided all the information asked for but the loan description and income verification could not be submitted through their website due to size of documents. There was an email address provided and I did send the information this way as well. I tried to contact them via live chat, email, and phone and no one responded back to my questions. I received different emails with the status of my application but they seemed like general auto populated emails - not personal at all. The time frame in which my income verification was due - they say was not met - and the status expired. I am very disappointed and frustrated as I was very much hoping to build a long term relationship with a company for future transactions as well.

I applied for a loan with this company stating all these benefits and after they gather your drivers license, payroll information pretty much all your security information and have you download and then take your bank information prior to approving you for a loan and then still decline the loan and getting in contact with customer services was the rudest experience.I wanted to cancel my account since I was not approved they said they have to keep my information for 5 years .The customer service is disgusting

Review: Despite unsubscribing from Peerform's email list three (3) separate times since December *, 2015 and emailing their customer service requesting them to remove me from their email list, I continue to receive annoying spam emails from Peerform. It's been over a month and they refuse to stop sending me emails despite the efforts noted above.Desired Settlement: Remove me from ALL of your email lists immediately. I'm tired of receiving your unsolicited emails. Further, when someone unsubscribes from your email list, show some respect and remove them from your list in a timely fashion.
