We did locate your shirts and I am assuming you have picked them up. We made several attempts to contact you by phone with no luck. I do not want to lose you over this incident and wish to offer you a $20.00 credit to your account for your next visit. I will also offer to refund the $7.58 you had to pay. Again I am very sorry for the mistake and hope we can do better next time.
