Peerless Electric

Business responded to complaint. We were contracted to provide electrical contracting services.  The contracting party (requesting the work) was delinquent with its payment. We contacted our legal counsel and they advised us of the proper and legal course of action that needed to be taken....

 A lien was placed on the location, based upon the advice of counsel,  where the work was performed which is allowed by the laws of the State of Ohio.  Such laws protect contractors from being taken advantage of. The complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against Peerless Electric Co., Inc. is unfair and unfounded.  First, Mr. [redacted] was NOT a customer of Peerless Electric. Here is a copy of the signed contract approving the work to be completed on a time and material basis by the tenant that we performed work for. Do you need additional documentation showing each and every day with his signature acknowledging the work that was done and materials used? Or could I send you the invoice we sent originally or a new version that shows it was paid? I have a folder that is over an inch thick and don't want to send anything that would not be considered useful. Thank you.[redacted]
