Dear Revdex.com,
I am writing to you to complain about Peerless Kitchen. I met Mr. M at Duluth home show February 02/19. He called me on 02/16/2019 asked me to go out on Kcdus web site to pick my cabinets, I did pick the Lenox Mocha cabinets, granite countertop, and backsplash. He came to the new house at *** Dr. ***, GA 30277, I gave sample him the sample of the cabinets I printed out, because he did not bring the sample with. He agreed to do the work after he gets a down pay of $11,119.50. On 02/21/19 $11,119.50 was paid. He called me after he received the Payment $11,119.50. and the cabinets are on their way. On 3/22/2019 he received $8,895.50. He put some cabinets in the house I did not order he brought me the cheat cabinets that he wanted to have was not there, because the had the printout for our cabinets. I went down to the house on 03/23/2019, called him and said these are not my cabinets, where is the dumpster, the cabinets and everything he moved out of the house was in the yard, Mr. M stated I don't bring dumpster, because I torn someone driveway. I'm going to send someone to pick it up, I said I paid you for the dumpster, I told you I don't do dumpsters. I told him those are not the cabinets you and I ordered on the web site. He gotten very upset me asking why I am calling him I said you have my $20,015.10. I asked Mr. M where is the house key? He said I will call you back when I speak with my workers. He texts me and said your key is under the flower pot where you left it, very angry man with my money. I told him to bring the cabinets I purchased along backsplash, and countertop and removed the trash he left, he gotten so angry he hung up on me. I also have the texts, he I went back and forth.

He contacted my husband ***, on 03/25/2019 told him I said he cannot come back to the house he is leaving everything as is. Mr. Steven M has taken our $20,015.10.
Please contact me to let me know how to resolve this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Reading this letter is very sad and disappointing that someone can have this false accusation about me and my company.
I Met Mrs *** at the atlanta home and garden show on feb 10, she had concern about getting her kitchen done in a timely and professional manner she ask me to call her so that we can go over the options that available to her in order to accomplice her kitchen remodeling project.
On monday feb 11 I called Mrs *** we spoke in detail about what she would like to get done , base on the information that I gather from her I directed her to the KCDUS website in order for her to see the different door style and color that was available for her, base on the information and the designs that she saw she chosed the lenox mocha door style with the backsplash and the granite just as what's was on the web site.
I was then invite out to her house on wednesday to measure her kitchen space in order the generate a estimate for her remodeling project, I met Mr *** we went over the kitchen in detail while Mr *** was on the phone with Mr ***, with the information I was able to do a design and generate a price for her kitchen remodeling project, I then call Mr *** and go over the information in detail and gave her a price, she said yes to my proposition and asked me to meet her back at her house on saturday feb 16, with the written estimate/contract, door&color sample, backsplash and countertop samples which I did, for her so that she can see everything before I proceed with the job, I got an approval on the job, however Mr *** did not want to move forward until the upcoming week so on feb 21 Mr *** met me at my office and sign off on the contract and gave me a deposit to move forward with the job,cabinets where order and schedule was made to start kitchen remodeling week of 3/18/19.
the cabinets came in a bit earlier than I thought, the cabinet were delivered on 03/13/19 I was still on my present project therefore I still had to hold my schedule as plan, cabinet sat in there garage for 5 days before I started the installation.( At this point if the cabinet were wrong why wasn't I told)
installation of the project started on Feb 19 which includes removal of all cabinet, soffit and flooring and installation of cabinet, while this process was been done I took pictures of the progress and send it to Mrs *** and at no point was I told that the cabinets were wrong instead I was told via text by Mrs *** (Thank you! I like the cabinets).
After cabinets were completely installed picture were send TO Mrs *** and second payment was authorised by Mrs ***. on thursday 3/21 I received a text about the backsplash and the counter from Mrs *** as verification I also received a text asking to get handles for the cabinets which was not apart of the contract as everything was going well so she is adding more work on to my contract.On saturday morning I received a phone call from Mrs *** saying she was just leaving her home and she love the cabinets and everything looks great I was asked about a different type of backsplash, from what was on the contract I told here that I would look into it and let her know I then send her a couple of picture for her to let me know if that was the color scheme she was looking to get.
Between 5 & 6PM that saturday evening I got a call from Mrs *** stating that she didn't like the cabinets anymore, I tried to talk to her about it to see what happened and she just kept on yelling I asked can we talk about it on monday as this was the weekend she then responded I can call you any time as I please, I listen to her and then she hung up since I could not understand what was the problem I texted her hoping that I can get some sort of explanation, however it was not so, she text me sunday I told her I was going to church when I get back I will responsed, got back from church and she asked to call her which I did however it was the same yelling and false accusation, shy requested her keys and ask me not to come back to her house, I had schedule granite templating and debri removed for that monday which I had to cancelled base on her request.
On monday I called Mr *** to see if I can make sense out of what was going on and base on his response he did not seems to know what was going on he said he called his wis and spocked to her however I should call her and work it out I did and she never answer her phone.
I don"t understand why you would make these false accusation I have order the exact cabinet that was agree on. my installation was done in a orderly timely and professional base on the contract that was sign.
I have uploaded the pictures of the cabinets that was picked off the web site, the packing slip showing that the lenox mocha was order and deliver and picture of before and after picture of the work that was done to your home, at this point for you to ask for your money back after the work was done to your home is not possible. please let me know if you like to continue and get the job done.

I am writing to respond to the false information that was given to Revdex.com from Steven ***, Mr. has lied, about the contract date I received the contract on 2/21/2019 when Mr. received 11,119.50 saying he ordering the cabinets, backsplash, and granite countertop. He never told you he ran off $20,015.00. He left the trash from the small cabinets his workers took out form the kitchen on the ground outside to replace them with smaller cabinets I did not order. I had to order a dumpster from Georgia Container $365.00 phone XXX-XXX-XXXX. I paid someone to trash that was left by Me. *** and workers paid $125.00. There are not false accusation about this company Peerless Kitchen Steven ***. He has not handles my $20,015.00 in a professional manner Steven *** has run off with my $20,015.00. Mr.. *** has not done anything I paid him for the cabinets his workers installed are very small and cheap. I don't have the granite countertop the backsplash, just the cheap cabinets, nor the cabinets I ordered he still have my $20.015.00. Mr. directed me to KCDUS. I have the cabinets, backsplash and granite countertop I ordered on February 14, 2019 I printed them out. He does not have his copies he asked me to pick from. What every documents he download are the not same as I pick out. What is the reason for me making false statements about me cabinets. Ask Mr. to send you the copies of the cabinets, backsplash and granite countertop I ordered on February 14, 2019 I printed them out. Mr. response never said anything about my $20,015.00, because he misled me. show me in his response he received my $20,015.00. Mr. has taken my $20,015.00 and lied to you. I have proof Mr. has taken my $20,015.00 and has not done the work I paid him for. Mr. has left my kitchen in aa wreck. I cannot hire another contract, because Mr. has all my money. Mr. never came to the house to measure he came for money. Never given us a written estimate just the amount he charges. The only thing I gotten from Mr. is KDUS website. Now, I understand the small cabinets he had sent to the house. He left his workers there to place the old cabinets outside and put the cheat thin cabinets I did not order. All I see in Mr. response I. I. I. nothing about the money he received paid $20,015.00. We cannot say everything look's good Mr. left the kitchen a mess. He has not been back to the house to put the large cabinets, backsplash and granite countertop I ordered. Everything is a lie I can't say it enough. Mr. is not a nice guy. He called me angry, with my $20.015.00. He has my money and has not done the job I paid him for $20,015.00. I tried on April 4, 2019 to attach the document of the cabinets, backsplash, and granite countertop to email ***@Revdex.com-email.org. I have contacted the Home shop Manager Mark Levine. I also retained an attorney. Peerless Kitchen should never get a job from another customer. He said he is "Sad" he has my $20,015.00. He never said Paid in full work is done. Mr. does not speak the truth, Mr. is a deadbeat
Mr. needs to tell Revdex.com he has my $20,015.00 has done no work.

Revdex.com, Mr. Stephen ***, had not done anything to my kitchen, Stephen has not done anything but, put cheap small cabinets, no backsplash, nor granite countertop. Stephen has left my kitchens a mess. Mr. has not done the job he was hired to do. I don't see in thing in the rebuttal the job is completed paid in full I never told Mr. thank you for the job you have done in my home. Mr. had taken my money what proof he has that he has completed the job. Yes, *** signed the contract and paid Mr. $20,015.00. For what? His reputation is already ruined, he has a complaint again his company Peerless Kitchens, before my complaint. I do regret hiring Mr. to ruin my kitchen. I can't move until I get more money. This man is fraud. No caring all he wanted was money $20,015.00. I have taken out a suit on Mr.. I have hired a cabinet company to give me the value of Mr. cheap cabinets I will have the estimate when I have Mr. served. I have tried to download my documents cabinets, with no backsplash or granite countertop. I will mail you my documents. Mr. has not proven to Revdex.com that he has done the work he was hired to do. I have given all the proof of the work that I did at your house in my first response and second response there is nothing else for me to proof.

First and foremost I have not taken your money and run away I have purchase, delivered, demo your old kitchen,soffit,floor and installed the cabinets that you picked,your husband knows where my showroom is located he has been here couple of time's also I have called both of you to discussed the situation and none of you have return my calls.

I have done everything base on the contract that was sign, I have also upload all the proof to the Revdex.com of cabinets that was picked,order, delivered and installed, you had the cabinets in your garage for 5 days before installation at that time if there was a problem or if the cabinets were wrong you would have said it at that point, your husband is an attorney if there was any fraudulent information on the contract I am sure he would not have sign off on the contract and give 2 payments and thank me for the job that I was doing at your house.

You mention that you hire an attorney, that's ok I have done the same and have given her the proof of work that I did, I am not going to sit by and have you ruin my name or my company reputation with your lie's,I have a reputable business and I pride my self on doing every job in a timely and professional manner, and I have every intention to keep it that way.

the company will not return to make repairs due to faulty work. Several messages have been sent via phone,text and email without return contact from them. Job is now a year in the making and we cannot still get company to finish the job as per our contract. Owner promissed to be on the job every day, and he was not. Instead he sent another worker who had marginal skills.

Repair The company must return to complete the job to our satisfaction as they originally contracted to do.
