At this time, I have been contacted directly by Peerless Network regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 We received a email from the company the same day our complaint was filed, stating they have forward the complaint onto a subsidiary...

Review: This company claims to be a communication network that assists telemarketers in finding land line and cell phone numbers.. The numbers are numerous and come from all over the country.. Their response to my complaint email was that THEY were not the ones calling me but I look up every number on White Pages and they always say Peerless Network. These callers never have a caller ID other than city and state, and they never ever leave a message. The co told me they would put my number on their do not call list but that hasn't happened. I did put my cell on the national do not call list as well. They are calling daily almost every hour from about 9 am to 4 pm and then they call several times in the evenings. Very disruptive to my working day and my private time. It's really ridiculous. I blocked as many numbers as I could and then they come up with several new numbers. I want them to please stop. I have also reported each number on White Pages as they come up and see that there are hundreds of people looking them up as well with several complaints noted. Thank you.Desired Settlement: No more calls from peerless network or those hiding behind their name. I want an email telling me they will not give out my numbers to ANYONE.

Review: PEERLESS NETWORK # ###-###-#### Auto Insurance calls my home approximately 3 times a day no one is ever on the other line I tried calling to find who and why they are calling and only get a recording, unable to leave any messages They call every day including Sundays during morning, afternoon, and at night

Peerless did not make the telephone call(s) that are the impetus for this complaint. Peerless is not a telemarketer and does not make any solicitation or telemarketing calls. Nonetheless, to the extent Peerless receives complaints or requests that consumers not be called, Peerless provides the Consumer’s telephone number and the telephone number from which the unwanted call came to its customers and requests that they take appropriate action. For example, Peerless has asked its customer to add this Consumer’s telephone number to its Do Not Call List and cease making calls to this Consumer. Peerless takes complaints very seriously, and is dedicated to resolving them. If there is anything further we can do to address this complaint, please let us know. Thank you.

Review: A continuation of previous phone calls about collecton debt on [redacted] which was never outstanding by

this person or household. Constant harassment by phone in prior months and again starting up.Desired Settlement: Want the harassment to discontinue. Have number blocked for no further contact from Peerless Network.

Review: Get calls from one of there business partners all hours of the day/weekends. They use multiple phone numbers you block one another shows up. Can not call number back to have them take off do not call list.Desired Settlement: Take my number off all/any call lists by this company or any of its business partners that they share information with.

Review: ###-###-#### [redacted], keeps calling and harassing our company over a google listing to the point of calling whoever answers the phone a liar and even when asked will not stop calling. The owner does not want their services and this [redacted] does not want to hear that. [redacted] states he will keep calling relentlessly. How can I have him stop calling me???
