Mr*** was never on the job in person so he truly only understands what his tenant saysWe charge for a above ground pool opening that consists of cover removal, pump hooked up, hoses hooked up and starter
chemicals for the poolIt does not include anything elseHe asked if we could replace his sand Which means we remove old sand and put new sand in that the customer provides.We said not a problem that will be more dollars.But when we got there there was no sand,he had filters which was not discussed to change outSo we completely changed his filter system, went and bought new sand since he didn't provide it and continued to finish his jobWe added bottle algaecide 60(25.00), bottles of shock (15.00) bottle of clarifier(20.00) and bags of filter sand (55.00) Once we got all of his filter hooked up, the tenant filled pool up and called us back out because it was leaking, his head was crackedWe informed him about it he said he wanted to see what he could do first before we went and bought piece to fix pumpSo we actually went to this job timesThe tenant was nice in person but acted like she wasn't responsible for anything since she was a renterBut on the phone she was very rude and acted like we owed her more then what was paid forAs for cancellations we strictly tell customers if weather permits which means if it's raining, storming etc we will not be thereSo we get a call like a month later saying we have to come back and vacuum the poolVacuuming is not included in are pool openings unless the customer pays for that serviceThen all of a sudden people from the same house get on here and bash usAs for not caring about our military anyone who knows us knows we respect our service men and women to the up most fullestBut then Mr *** who has never met us wants to slander our nameTo make a long story short we paid for pool chemicals made trips almost a hr away from our location to take care of these people and they acted like we did nothingSo who really got the bad end of the dealMy records indicate Mr *** still owes for the filter sandBut you don't here us dragging his name through the mudThank you and have a great day

This is our reply to the above mentioned complaint.
The project for Mr and Mrs [redacted] was on the right...

track until Mr [redacted] disagreed with our payment policy. We went over numerous times with Mr [redacted] on how the payment policy went for his project (you pay for pool tear down and haul to new location which they paid 150.00, then next payment is due after excavation,final payment is due after pool is installed) same policy we have used since starting a business and everything seemed fine. But when we called to confirm his excavation, he blew up on the phone about the payment policy saying we didn't explain to him how it went. So we thought maybe he misunderstood, so we explained it to him again. But he wasn't hearing it acting belligerent. Well the next morning he calls again this time being more disrespectful on the phone, raising his voice, and telling us he was going to install his own pool and would bad mouth us. If Mr [redacted] would have kept his cool maybe we could've worked something out. But instead he didn't and here we are. At that moment I wasn't going to listen to a grown man yell and disrespect me on the phone, so I wished Mr [redacted] a nice summer and good luck with his project. As a business we do have the right to refuse business for any reason and not agreeing with the payment policy is one of them.
