Dear Sir,   We spoke to an
employee at the repair shop in Dallas TX and he stated that a missing cotter
pin would have nothing to do with a leaking rack and pinon. In addition to that
the same individual told us that even though the cotter pin was missing, the
nut had not loosened. We...

also called an Auto Dealership and explained the
situation and they told us that a missing cotter pin would not have anything to
do with a leaking rack and pinon. We told the customer that if he sent us a
copy of his receipt from the shop in Dallas TX we would refund his money for a
new cotter pin, installation of the cotter pin, and an alignment. Approximately
$70.00. We have not received a copy of the receipt. Also, for what ever reason
today is the first time that we have heard from the Revdex.com about this matter. The
