[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is not trueThe technician advised me to have the system recharged and to have dye put in the system which is what I agreed toHe stated that the apartment would cool off that day and that if there was a leak it could be detected easily because of the dye in the systemHe said that there may not in fact be a leak at all, that the system may have never been filled properlyI did what he suggested and it didn't workWhen he returned he wanted another $to do a leak checkWhy was a I charged almost $for dye if it would not detect the leakSince sending this complaint I had another company come and repair the a/cThey determined that Magnolia DID NOT put any dye in they system as they charged me forI have video proof of thisThe new company also determined that there was not a leak in the system at all that there was a faulty part in the systemThey replaced the part under warranty and they system is working correctlyMagnolia did not do what I paid for and tried to get me to pay them more money for work that was not neededThey also incorrectly diagnosed the problem and demanded more money to fix an issue that never existedI am not an a/c expertI expected that they would come and do what was necessary to fix the system and I went along with the Magnolia technician's recommendations and when it was clear that the work Magnolia had done was not correct I filed this complaint Regards, [redacted]

We are not showing in our system that we serviced this address for hvac: the last time we were out to this address was for drain cleaning in 2013.Please provide a copy of the work order the technician left at the time of serviceAlso please confirm the address you are providing is correct.Thank you

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:INCORRECT again Magnolia did in fact agree to NOT deposit the check, after speaking with the Operations Manager, who's number is ###-###-#### In that conversation, we discussed options and the final verbal agreement was that I was going to refuse service for that Saturday and that he agreed that Magnolia would NOT deposit the check based on those parameters I have text message proof of this as well I am not disputing the fact of water shut-off, however, because it was agreed the service was only partially completed, as DC WASA HAS confirmed that part of the service was to turn the water back on I was willing to pay for the services to turn the water back on, but because it was right in the middle of US Military orders, I had to get to my appointed place of duty So, based on these facts, please clarify with the Ops Manager, who's number I have provided above, to confirm that the specifics did in fact occur Thank youRegards, [redacted]

On the June 27th our technician went out and did a courtesy Ac inspectionOnce onsite our technician determined customer was low on freon, which was explained to customer that a $diagnostic is neededCustomer choose to move forward, she was advised she had a leak and wanted to move forward and add leak seal and freonCustomer was told that the a leak search is needed and there were no guarantees on how long the Freon would stay in the systemCustomer called back in stating her unit is not working on July 3rd, tech did another diagnostic and determine the Freon had leaked out again and the next step is to go forward with the leak testCustomer choose not to move forward with test

Dear Sir, We spoke to an employee at the repair shop in Dallas TX and he stated that a missing cotter pin would have nothing to do with a leaking rack and pinon. In addition to that the same individual told us that even though the cotter pin was missing, the nut had not loosened. We... also called an Auto Dealership and explained the situation and they told us that a missing cotter pin would not have anything to do with a leaking rack and pinon. We told the customer that if he sent us a copy of his receipt from the shop in Dallas TX we would refund his money for a new cotter pin, installation of the cotter pin, and an alignment. Approximately $70.00. We have not received a copy of the receipt. Also, for what ever reason today is the first time that we have heard from the BBB about this matter.
