passed with flying colors. The health inspector also commended us in our ability to keep the bakery clean and up to code. Our patrons frequently comment on how clean we keep our work environment. One time a customer even called her friend to come see our bathroom because they were surprised how sanitized and clean it was. We have a viewing window into our kitchen and customers can clearly see how we safely handle our food. Usually most bakeries have one staff that is certified in food handling and has a ServSafe certificate. We have 5 kitchen staff who received the ServSafe certificate and 4 front of the house staff who received the California Food Handlers Certificate. Our phone line is also working properly as everyday we constantly receive cake and pastry orders. We have installed fly traps (one in front and one in the back to cover all areas) since the opening of the store and our products are either in the enclosed display cases or wrapped in packaging. As far as Asians running this establishment, I see nothing wrong with that. We are human beings too and should respect each others culture. My staff is well versed in multiple languages and I believe they have been communicating adequately and sometimes exceed expectations. We have received frequent positive comments about our customer service. Our motto is to provide good Asian style baked goods in a clean and inviting environment as well as give back to the community. We also welcome feedback as we are always trying to improve ourselves. But in this case I truly believe you have mistaken us with another business. Thank you for your time.
