I got electronic security from Maximum Security/Central Security Group in February but the security system had multiple problems and ring camera had multiple problems for months On May 2nd the monitoring system showed tampered panel and no one call to see if we were okay and no police dispatched did I am not trusting of these security system, doorbell camera, and I Amin fear for my families life so I requested cancellation to Maximum Security/CSG and refund of over $for faulty equipment and return of monthly cost of $for Feb, March, April, and May but all I got was the owner of CSG yelling, screaming, and threatening us thenthey sent email said I have to deal with Maximum Security and I have not received any monies back My family could have been in a hostage situation when no one called when panel was removed no one from monitoring center CSG or they did not dispatch police
