Pegasus Legal Funding

Review: I have never been able to collect my fees for my notary service that I did for Mr. S[redacted] with Pegasus. My fee is due upon time of service, but since Pegasus is in New York and Mr. S[redacted] called me to meet with one of his clients at a hospital here in the Woodlands, Texas I agreed to send a bill for my time and service. I forwarded a hard copy of my invoice along with the original document that I notorized the very same day. Also, followed up with emails to Mr. S[redacted] and to the company. I have had promises from Mr. S[redacted] that a check was mail (on three different occasions) and to this date I haven't received not a one of those checks he said he mailed. On the last email conversation he said he would have a processor from his office take a take the check to the post office at lunch and put a tracking on it and now that has been over two weeks ago and still NO payment. My fees are very minimal and why they can't pay amazes me. I made sure that I helped them out on just hours notice, but they fail to pay me for my services. It will be two months on March *, 2016 since I met with his client and sent my billing.. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone....they are flakey and dishonest.Desired Settlement: Just send me my fees of $30.00 for my service, immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
