Bought equipment for our transportation company. Never received the equipment, and I was charged and never refunded. it's been 6 months and no answer.
On December 11th I was contacted by Sales Associate Garrison Collins offering he's ELD product from Pegasus TransTech Corp. They were suppose to mail the 12 units to my location. After being charge an initial 550.00$ and after 263.40$, the equipment never arrived. On December 14th I contacted Mr Garrison again to train to find an explanation of why I did not receive my ELDs, to which I was replied that they were not able to mail those in, and that I need it to find a location who had those ELDs available... After this date, everything went dark. I tried to call over and contact Garrison or anyone in the company from December 15th, 22nd, 23rd, 27th, 30th, January the 6th, 12th, 14th and on January the 17th I was able to communicate with an agent who was taking incoming calls. The conversation with the associate made me scared since the response to my complain was answered as follow: "I understand you are mad and frustrated, a lot of people are calling back to get a refund, so please be patient and someone will call". I got no call, EVER! I fight the charges with my bank, but they said since I gave them my Routing and account number, they legally cannot fight the transaction. HOW CONVENIENT.. After a while I communicated with my lawyer to file a Lawsuit towards them, when suddenly a guy called Matthew S. called to communicate with me for a pending tax charge for THAT SAME ACCOUNT. I told him what happened, asked me to send back all the emails I exchange with Mr. Garrison, and Never reply back. Now I am going to present aside of this complain, a lawsuit toward this company. STAY AWAY FROM COMMERCIALLY WORKING WITH THEM.

Desired Outcome

I want my full amount payment to be return, and a professional apology for being such a horrendous customer service. I never experience this in my life, and taking it this far it seems to be the only way for me to get my money back without entering in a chaotic lawsuit.

I purchase a device for my trucking company but cannot use it do to unresolved issues on Transflo end. Also resulting in my company losing $1200
I purchase a device for my trucking company which was mandated by the government as of Dec. 18, 2017. Unfortunately, due to technical issues on Transflo end I am not able to use this device which is costing me $1200 since my truck is out of service. I've contacted the company on December 13, 2017 but the issue still have not been resolved. Order Number:

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund along with terminating contract agreement since I have to find another company and cannot use their product by required deadline.

We have refunded the customer their payment for the device and service since we were unable to correct their problems with our support staff. We are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to this customer.

I have to except it because they terminated my account and I can no longer use their device. However, the problem has long been corrected which now I have to start the entire process over. I appreciate the refund but it was no longer needed at this time.

they sold me bill of goods on a eld for hos, told me to buy at retailer flyingj and its junk
bought eld at flyingj at pegasus recommendation then called them to send the right cable that took over two weeks. subscribed and for 3 days plagued with problems. ther instructions where not clear on adding a 2nd driver, the say it does our ifta reporting, ya only half of it no fuel, wife is off duty and racks on 9000 miles?
15 minutes to do a dvir in saving mode trailer took 29 minutes, when phone is asleep it takes 20 min to load, it also takes that long to connect to eld, it logs two drivers driving same vehicle at same time, took two day for support to get me canada hos, that don't work because canadian hours we can stop clock not like usa hours of service. it crashes when you enter shipping document information, it logs you in places your 20-30 miles away from, like meadow lake sk it says green lake sk.
when parked it says your driving manually change it to off duty and it flips back to drive
been told by on support they have till dec 18 2017 to fix the glitches, while i'm plagued with errors on my log book. in contract there not held liable. so its junk a waist of my time

Desired Outcome

at pegasus/transflo recommendation i purchased eld at flyingj, they have a 7 day return policy took pegasus over two weeks to get right 6 pin cable cable to me. i tested it for 3 days...junk talked to support and they can't take it back but they will replace this defective one. its not defective the infrastructure is not ready and there software needs to be fixed they have had lots of version upgrades by number... thousands

Can you send a receipt for the purchase he made at the Truckstop. We have no information regarding the price he paid since he didn't buy it from us directly. We will return the purchase price of the hardware he bought. Thanks. Jeanne

here is a email I got when credit card company reversed charge but not in stone for 120 days

We noticed that on 2017-11-30, you disputed a $20.00 charge from 2017-10-15. We wanted to reach out and make sure everything was all right with your purchase and see if there's anything we can do to resolve any problems you might have had. This charge is for the monthly service for the ELD device you purchased from Pilot. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

and when I got the eld from flyingj was not aware of no returns look how far down it is
