I am selling my house and buyer's inspector said my garage door spring was close to breaking My dad has used Door Power himself and recommended them When I called Door Power about my situation, they said you cannot tell from looking at a spring that it needs replacing and didn't want to charge me for replacing the spring if it didn't need itWell, as it turns out, the spring had actually been repaired previously and so when I took a picture of the spring and sent it to Door Power, then they could see what the inspector was talking about and that yes, it did need replacing However, I was so impressed that they wouldn't just take the opportunity to earn some business, even if I didn't need it That professionalism spoke volumes to me When they came to change my spring, that professionalism continued and it took them less than minutes Very happy with the service I received and will definitely call Door Power again should I have any future garage door problems

I had a problem with a door opener stalling that was remedied by adding one-half turn to each torsion spring I called and was given a time window for a tech He arrived about midway into the time window, adjusted the springs and explained that this was a typical problem with wood doors adding water weight in rainy weather Good rapid service
Called mid morning with a broken garage door The technician was at our home by that afternoon It was fixed quickly and the job was well done They were up front with the cost of the repair as well as provided the cost to replace as well as a second option I was impressed with the entire process and won't be hesitating to call again for future needs
