We apologize that our online service was not clearly explained to the customer.  I have canceled the membership and refunded both of the charges as shown below.  We do not send letters but communicate about how to use our service by sending email confirmation on the...

order as well as how to login to the website.  We also apologize that the customer was not able to reach us by phone so we will look again at our phone service recording in case they called when our office was closed.

I am sorry for the problem.  Since the payment was a 1 time charge, the online service is set up manually.  I am not sure why the customer service agents did not realize that the account was to be set up manually as they should have made sure that the login to our database was operational as soon as they heard from customer.  We did refund the customer in late July and sent them a copy of the refund.  This is our fault and will retrain our agents so this problem does not happen to future customers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My only last concern is how long will it take for the refund to process , and how can I contact you personally , because I have that same number listed and I can never get through all I hear is "Matthew" stupid greeting then when you go to cancel it hangs up on you! If I can personally get a call back that would be a great improvement and will make me very satisfied compared to "how can I be so stupid to fall for this" satisfied . I hope my message to you is clear as well. And the person I called back and said that was the manager hung up on me he "said oh well I am the manager so if you want to keep calling that's your problem!" Please re-train your employees. Thank you

We are sorry for the misunderstanding about our online service of government sources.  However, the customer did cancel with us on June 3, 2015 (see below) and the charge of $3.79 was voided on that same date (also see below).
