System went down, needed replacement, initial quotes from other entities were rather high wheavy handed pressure tactics (did not sit well with us) Raleigh H&A were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and did not use pressure tactics but evaluated our needs and suggested options based on what we needed rather than what would bring them the most profit Installation went smoothly and the staff was extremely professional (NATE certification always a plus) as was follto ensure everything was working well later on Would most certainly recommend them to others
