The day Mr. [redacted] called I had my calls forwarded to me car. I tried to explain to him the snow was blinding and it was not a convenient time to...
call. He insisted in calling back and demanding to talk the result was this:

I was struck from behind because I the calls were distracting. When I did talk to him he was not making any rational sense. I explained the site was completed: See link: [redacted]
All optimized to work with [redacted], tagged, graphics and pictures completed as requested on time and on budget. He was (is) entitled to make changes, add pictures etc. but the work was completed and the programmers paid.
Calling a person in a blinding storm after I explained over times to stop calling because it is storming and could it wait til I got back to the office wasn't unreasonable and frankly I'm lucky to be alive after the accident. I wasn't in a position to pull over because of the conditions.
Pleas review the work completed and contact a few web companies to see if this product is satisfactory. As mentioned we will make adjustments but the work was completed on time and there was not contact complaining of the work but tried to explain his calling to ask for something that didn't make any sense in a blinding snowstorm did cause me to hang up on him.
