Thank you for bringing this to my attention as I had not received any of the letters from your officeIn regards to the guest I did speak with her the afternoon of 3/1/and wanted to make her unpleasant situation better for herSince her order was paid for online that only way we could
have refunded her money back would have been to process a transaction in the storeI do not have access to remove online payments once they are submittedI took full responsibility for the terrible experience and issued her a refund in the amount of $Her initial amount plus additional as a gesture of my sincere apologies to her and he motherI have not heard from this guest since in regards to the refund so I assumed she received itWe always want to make sure that we address the needs of our guests and take appropriate action necessary to ensure they are completely 100% satisfied Please feel free to contact me if you need any additional information *** *** General Manager
