Peifer Contracting

Review: Contractor removed old cement patio and repaired foundation of house and installed new cement patio in middle of September, 2015. By the 22nd of September it was clear there was draining issues as water was over 2" deep and approaching back door. By the 25th of September there were signs of flaking on the top surface. Contractor came back and drilled two drainage holes to drain water under new cement. He did not even put anything in or over holes. By January 28 the cement had risen significantly that it almost interfered with the door into the house and started cracking shortly there after. The contractor was contacted on many occasions and had come to view the work but always had excuses for problems. He did offer to "work" with us if we would pay more for some type of resurfacing. We do have photos of problems.Desired Settlement: We need to have patio replaced again.
